Just a thought..

We all stress about our finances and struggles with purchases. We contemplate forever on a new or old house. We put so much value into what we do and where we live, that sometimes we forget, that we would trade it all in a second. We would trade it to make the mother or father heal or lessen their pain, a child in need, and the worst – to bargain for a life. When times get tough – we find our selves saying “I would give it all just to..” Real Estate is my business, so I don’t take it lightly, but life is my goal. When it comes to a point where bargaining takes place, not in a transaction of property, but one of life, we quickly learn the value of our true assets. It’s the people around us, the people we hold, the people we call when things are up, down, or just because, that bring the most value. So while I may have a million words of advice to give a client of mine, it all sums up to – you would give it up in a second for what matters more. I think many people forget to look and lead with their hearts and souls and instead be lead by their numbers and accounts. But I have to counter this well known rule and say – when you are where you love, there will be much love, and who could find a better place at a better price? Home is truly where the heart is – and that is never bought nor sold.
