Sunday, September 20, 2009 I held an open house for the above property. I was really planning to have the day to play catch up on paperwork – not really anticipating a lot of traffic. In fact, I told my partner that I would handle the event myself. Boy was I mistaken and certainly could have used more assistance!

The outcome was fabulous; probably ranked one of my best turn outs. This time of year, we typically do not see many people in this price range interested in purchasing. However, as with everything else, this year is proving to be extremely different. I was so pleased to be reconfirmed that our market is as good as ever. At one point, there were probably 3-4 families viewing the house at one time.
